About The School

The Rye Rhythm Music School was founded by teacher and music therapist Linda Collins and launched in January 2009.  Lessons take place in Scoil Eoin Phóil, Green Lane, Leixlip, and our aim is to benefit the local community in promoting after-school tuition in music for all ages and levels. Our teachers are fully qualified and provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment for their students.

We offer after-school individual lessons in a variety of instruments including piano, guitar, violin, flute, and voice. Also available is group tuition in guitar, and classes in pre-instrumental, Leaving & Junior Certificate music, and ABRSM music theory.

Classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 4.30pm and 9.30pm, with limited classes on Mondays, and the academic year is divided into two Semesters: September - January and January - May.

Directions

From Maynooth
Continue towards Leixlip village past Intel and Louisa Bridge train station, until you come to traffic lights at a crossroads. Take the right turn and the school is located beside the Leixlip GAA club, the third school on the left.

From Celbridge
Going towards Salesians College from Celbridge village, take the second exit on the roundabout towards the M4
Interchange. Take the second exit at the Interchange towards Leixlip and take the third exit towards Easton at the next roundabout. Follow the road until you come to the Leixlip GAA club on the right. The school is located after the GAA
club on the right.

From Lucan
After the sliproad off the N4 take a left at the roundabout towards Leixlip village. Continue straight through Leixlip village and past the large church on your left. Take a left at the next set of traffic lights at crossroads. Follow the road and the school is located before the Leixlip GAA club and is the third school on the left.
